"MindKind Collective is a new business, born out of a very real and desperate need I have both seen and experienced."

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Carey Henry -  welcome.

I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m the founder of MindKind Collective, based in Fruitvale, BC. I support neurodivergent individuals and families with practical, real-life coaching that actually works in everyday life.

This work comes from both my professional background and my lived experience as a parent, and it’s deeply personal. As a neurodivergent individual myself, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to navigate systems, expectations, and daily life in a world that isn’t always designed for the way our brains work.

MindKind Collective is a new business, born out of a very real and desperate need I have both seen and experienced - support that doesn’t just sound good in theory, but actually works in the middle of real life.

I know how helpful expert advice can be, and also how hard it can be to actually use it when you’re tired, overwhelmed, and just trying to get everyone out the door (with shoes on… ideally matching).

THAT'S WHERE I COME IN!

I help bridge the gap between

“I know what I’m supposed to do” and “how do I actually make this work in my real life?”

Together, we focus on small, doable steps that build momentum over time - no perfection required.

My work centers on executive functioning and daily living skills, always from a place of compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment.

I don’t have all the answers, but I will walk alongside you to figure out what works for you and your family.

GETTING STARTED

We begin with a 90-minute intake to understand strengths, routines, and goals.

From there, you can choose a support package that fits your needs, with options for in-home, virtual, or hybrid sessions.

  • Younger children: caregiver involvement is key

  • Teens: flexible, real-life support that fits their schedule

  • Adults: flexible, real-life support that fits your life

A GOOD FIT MATTERS

This is collaborative work, and it’s important that it feels like a good fit for both of us.

My role is to offer practical, supportive guidance within my scope. When needed, I’ll always help connect you to additional supports.
